Currently, ZVault exclusively supports Zcash (ZEC) through shielded automation tasks. This specialized focus allows us to provide the highest level of privacy and security for all tasks. We may add support for additional privacy-focused tasks in the future.

Where can I use ZVault?

ZVault can be integrated into virtually any online business model including e-commerce stores, digital services, content creators, freelancers, subscription services, and more. If you can automate it online, you can execute tasks through ZVault.

Payments Questions

How quickly are tasks executed?

Tasks are executed as quickly as the Zcash network confirms transactions, typically within 10-40 minutes depending on network conditions. Your tasks are executed directly in your designated Zcash environment immediately upon confirmation.

Are there task limits?

Standard accounts can execute up to $10,000 USD equivalent per day with no monthly limits. Enterprise accounts can be configured with custom limits based on business needs. There are no minimum task amounts.

What are the fees for using ZVault?

ZVault charges a flat 1% fee on successful tasks, which is among the lowest in the automation industry. There are no monthly fees, setup costs, or hidden charges. Enterprise customers may qualify for volume-based discounts.

Can I receive automatic task results in fiat currency?

Currently, ZVault focuses exclusively on Zcash tasks with execution directly in your Zcash environment. Automatic conversion to fiat currencies is not supported at this time, but may be added as a feature in the future.

How does ZVault protect task privacy?

ZVault leverages Zcash's zk-SNARKs (Zero-Knowledge Succinct Non-Interactive Arguments of Knowledge) to shield all task details. This cryptographic technology ensures that task metadata such as sender, receiver, and parameters remain private and are not visible on the public blockchain.

Is my task information secure?

Absolutely. When tasks are executed through ZVault, their information is protected by Zcash's encryption protocols. No sensitive task details are stored on our servers, and all task data is shielded using zero-knowledge proofs.

What security measures does ZVault implement?

Can I have multiple Zcash addresses for different tasks?

Yes, ZVault allows you to set up multiple task destinations for different product lines, websites, or business divisions. You can configure different Zcash addresses for various automation buttons or API endpoints through your dashboard.

How do I update my account information?

You can update your account information, including your business details, Zcash address, webhook URL, and API settings through the ZVault dashboard. Changes to critical settings like task addresses require re-authentication for security.
